Bundme is a distribution-as-a-service platform operated by Power of Life Labs GmbH. The platform connects software developers with content creators for product marketing. Bundme is currently in pre-launch — the live service is limited to the Founding 500 creator application and the developer waitlist.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The contents of our pages have been created with the utmost care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the content. As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general laws pursuant to § 7(1) TMG (German Telemedia Act) and Swiss law. We are not obligated to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information (including user-generated content, creator profiles, campaign materials) or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected.

Bundme acts as a platform facilitator. Content posted by users (developers and creators), including campaign descriptions, profiles, and promotional materials, is the responsibility of the respective users. Power of Life Labs GmbH does not endorse, verify, or assume responsibility for user-generated content. Users agree to indemnify Power of Life Labs GmbH against any claims arising from their use of the platform.

Our platform may contain links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no control. We cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content. Linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; illegal content was not recognizable then. Permanent monitoring without concrete evidence of a legal violation is not reasonable.

Platform content. The content and works created by Power of Life Labs GmbH on Bundme (including platform interface, logos, documentation, system prompts) are subject to copyright law. Reproduction, editing, distribution, and any kind of use beyond the limits of copyright law require our written consent.

User content. Content uploaded by users remains the property of the respective user. Users grant Power of Life Labs GmbH a limited license to display content on the platform, store content for verification and escrow purposes, and use anonymized data for platform analytics. Power of Life Labs GmbH does not claim ownership of user content and does not grant usage rights to third parties beyond what is specified in user-to-user agreements facilitated by the platform.

Creator–developer agreements. When a developer and creator enter into an agreement via Bundme, usage rights for content are granted directly between these parties as specified in their contract. Power of Life Labs GmbH is only the facilitator and does not acquire rights to this content.

Bundme operates as a neutral platform facilitator. We:

• Provide infrastructure for agreements between developers and creators
• Hold funds in escrow until contractual obligations are met
• Verify completion of deliverables through automated systems
• Generate contract templates for user convenience

We do not:

• Act as party to agreements between developers and creators
• Provide legal advice
• Guarantee the outcome of any campaign
• Assume liability for disputes between users
